We are currently contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). We function as an Out Of Network (OON) provider with all other insurance plans at this moment. This means we do not have an agreement or contract with your insurance plan to provide services. This allows us the opportunity to provide the most appropriate services for our clients without the limitations some insurance providers create.

We offer a sliding scale rate for therapy, meaning the cost of your sessions can be adjusted based on your income or financial situation. This helps ensure that therapy remains affordable and accessible to you, no matter your financial circumstances. Please reach out to inquire about setting up a sliding scale.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give people who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask us, or any other healthcare provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
